Purpose of the role:
The Branch Manager is responsible for the financial, business, marketing and people management for his/her branch.

Matric. Minimum of two years managerial experience. People management skill Sales and Marketing qualification will be an advantage

2 years proven track record in micro finance or banking. 2 Years’ experience of running a branch, Sales and collections drive.

Knowledge and Skills:
Financial Management : Continuously manage and monitor branch performance Business/Compliance Management : Ensure that the sum of branch daily/monthly are 100% accurate and are balanced every day. Sales and Marketing Management : Develop implement Sales and Marketing plans to improve branch performance. People Management : Manage motivate and monitor branch personnel and their performance. Must be an effective individual and driven for results.
