Purpose of the role:
The Branch Manager is responsible for the financial, business, marketing and people management for his/her branch.

Streamlining of the business processes and optimizing resources for the overall branch
•To ensure goods quality loans not over committing.
•Ensure quality control processes are adhered to and as per Finbond standards
•Make sure that marketing is done daily
•Development of sales strategy in conjunction with overall company focus, vision and mission
•Day to day opening and closing of the branch
•Ensure that the financial department of the branch is balancing for example Delfin Recon
•Ensure that all staff are motivate and focussed
•Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
•Reporting on daily/ weekly and monthly basis into management on progress and performance

Matric. Sales and Marketing qualification will be an advantage. People management skills.

Minimum of two years managerial experience
