Purpose of the role:
The candidate will be responsible for designing new processes of Business Requirements Specifications, Functional Specifications and Functional Testing of designs and processes. The role will include system analyst of the respective vendor
systems to ensure alignment between business requirement and system design.

Duties include testing of new and current systems, test planning and test case design, together with the management thereof in conjunction with the project manager. The candidate should take initiative for driving and assisting projects/support within the difference department in Finbond Mutual Bank in conjunction with all our products.

• Matric Qualification.
• Diploma or Degree in banking/ICT/Business Analysis.

1. Translate requirements into new information technology project requirements.
2. Documenting business requirements, functional requirements, non-
functional requirements. Review the requirement with key stakeholders.
3. Identify, communicate and manage risks associated with projects.
4. Identify business or customer requirements and information technology alternatives.
5. Schedule, participate and execute requirement workshops with key stakeholders.
6. Process design in terms of as-is analysis and to-be process designs in conjunction
with the requirements documentation. Define business rules for incorporation into
systems, if any.
7. Document dataflow diagrams- illustrate how data flow through IT systems.
8. Liaise between the project office and business with regards to all projects.
9. Define scenarios and document test plans for user acceptance testing. Conduct
user acceptance testing with the relevant key stakeholders together with test scripts
with regular feedback to key stakeholders.
10. Assist with any reporting that may be required

• 5 year’s relevant business analysis/project management experience.
